As a Customer Service Representative, you will ensure a smooth order fulfilment and export process for customers across international markets. You will act as the main point of contact for customers while working closely with Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, and Technical teams to deliver an outstanding customer experience.

Your responsibilities

• Process and confirm customer orders in the ERP system;
• Prepare export documentation, including invoices and shipping documents;
• Coordinate international shipments with logistics partners and warehouses;
• Support customers by resolving inquiries and ensuring timely communication;
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and service quality.

What you bring

• Experience in Customer Service is a plus; a customer-focused mindset is essential;
• Strong organisational and communication skills;
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment;
• Experienced with order-to-cash;
• Fluent in English;
